Shipping & Returns


  • To ensure your item(s) reaches you in pristine condition, we engage a courier for all local deliveries.
  • Shipping is charged at a flat rate of S$6 for all orders. We strive to ensure that your orders are shipped within 5 - 7 business days. Kindly allow an additional 2 - 3 business days during sale periods.
  • Free shipping for orders above S$50.
  • We currently only ship within Singapore but are working towards shipping worldwide. For customers that require delivery within Southeast Asia, please contact us with your order and we will provide you with a shipping quote. 
  • Orders containing both in stock items and preordered items will only be shipped when preordered items are available. If you would like your in stock items first, please place orders for in stock and preordered items separately. Shipping fees still apply should any one order not be above S$50.



We value our customers and your satisfaction means the world to us! All our items are checked thoroughly before leaving with the courier. However, should there still be a need for returns, please refer to our return policy below:


  • Returns can be made within 7 calendar days upon receipt of your order from the courier. We seek your understanding that requests for returns after 7 calendar days will not be accepted.
  • We only provide returns for items that display manufacturing defects.
  • We only provide a 1-to-1 exchange of the same item. No monetary refunds or store credit will be provided. 
  • Items damaged during the process of shipping will not be covered or be eligible for a 1-to-1 exchange.
  • Original proof of purchase and pictures of manufacturing defects will have to be sent to 
  • All 1-to-1 exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If the item is unavailable, we will offer you store credit to be used on your next purchase.
  • We do not accept returns for discounted / on sale items.
  • All delivery and shipping fees for returns will be borne by the customer.
  • We reserve the right to reject any item(s) that does not meet the requirements of our return policy.
