Collection: Grapat

Grapat is a small family project that materialised from leaving the city to live in a natural environment. However, it was only during the first 3 years of their eldest daughter's life that they were truly inspired to create an environment where play comes from the use of simple everyday objects. It inspired them to see how the need to play was so natural and instinctive in children that they decided to create toys and loose parts that encourage free, open, and unstructured play.

Grapat toys are handmade from wood that come from sustainable forests and dyed with water-based, non-toxic dyes that are deemed safe for use and play. Finishes used are made with waxes and oils of vegetable origin.
